The Dumas Shelley Foss Harbor Tug (left) was  built by VT Huelskamp. Lots of details were added to make a terrific looking model. But the real unique part of the SF is it's independent throttle controls that make the boat extremely maneuverable. And if that's not enough, there's also a functional water cannon, bow thruster and running lights.
Scale: 1/30, LOA: 36 inches, Beam: 12.5 inches, Screws: Twin 2.3 inch 3-Bladed, Power: Twin Dumas 6Volt Direct Drive, ESC: Dual Associated AI Runner Reverse, Battery: Power Wheels 6Volt Lead Acid, Graupner Bow Thruster, Honda Fire Monitor Pump, Displacement: 30 Pounds

The 33"Model Slipways Wyeforce Harbor Tug (right) was built by Pat Tritle. Power comes from 2 geared 05's with an independent bow thruster. The Wyeforce also has a functional home-made water cannon build from a Honda windshield washer pump operated using a servo actuated micro switch and a 10 cell Ni-Cad battery.

The  Ready to Run Imex New York Tug was detailed and weathered by Pat Tritle. The 33" long tug comes out of the box requiring less then an hour's time to make ready to run. After the initial couple of runs, I thought the model would look nicer with a few  details added as well as  a bit of weathering. As you can see, the results were well worth the effort.
