Once in a while, on a nice calm day you might even see an old sailing ship gracing the waters at Tingley Beach

The Santa Maria was built from the Latina Kit by Pat Tritle. The whole idea behind the build was to set up a powered sailing ship to run on still calm mornings. Power is provided by a Speed 280 motor on 5 cells.
